- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, butter (or oil), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Carefully fold in the diced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
