Warm Baked Peaches with Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients:

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

Brush the cinnamon sugar mixture over the peach halves, coating them evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is caramelized.

Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
